You’ve just opened a page that could change your life! We’re glad you came to visit. Please explore the site. If you still have questions, be free to ask.
The Marriage Encounter
The focus of Marriage Encounter is on communication between husband and wife. It is an opportunity to spend a weekend together away from the distractions and the tensions of everyday life and to concentrate on each other as a couple. It’s not a retreat, nor a marriage clinic, nor group sensitivity. It’s a unique approach aimed at revitalizing Christian Marriage.
This is a time for you and your spouse to be alone together. To rediscover each other, and together, focus on your relationship for an entire weekend. Every marriage deserves that kind of attention! Rediscover the spark that was there on your wedding day! Rediscover the best friend you had when you were first married! Join the millions of couples worldwide who have learned how to keep their marriage vibrant and alive!
The Engaged Workshop
Marriage Encounter understands the importance of good marriage preparation for engaged couples. We strongly recommend Engaged Workshop, although not directly associated with our ministry, it is an experience designed to prepare you, both personally and as a couple, for marriage. The focus of the weekend is upon the marriage and not the wedding. A major goal of the weekend is to establish and practice good communication and decision making techniques.
The skills taught on this weekend provide a firm foundation that will be useful throughout your lifetime together. In addition, couples are provided the opportunity to deepen their relationship and prepare themselves for one of the most important decisions they will ever make — the Covenant of Marriage.
“A very powerful weekend evoking many feelings and revelations about our relationship. It has definitely brought us together as a couple in the last few days, and deepened our connection.”
“Excellent, emotional intimacy and excellent tools for communication of feelings”
“This was an awesome weekend where we learned a lot about a great communication tool in marriage – dialoguing. This will go a long way to strengthen and improve our marriage.”
